Tumbling Tots

Ages: 2 - 5 years Class Times: Tuesdays 5:30 - 6PM, Saturdays 9 - 9:45AM

Tumbling Tots is specially programmed to introduce your child to tumbling. Learn age-appropriate, skill-oriented movements that provide a positive physical and cognitive experience. Children develop fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, strength and flexibility while having fun! 

*Tumbling Tots classes require the participation of a parent or authorized caregiver.

Tumbling I

Ages: 5 - 17 years Class Times: Mondays 5:30 - 6:30PM , Tuesdays 6 - 7PM, Saturdays 10 - 11AM

An introductory class for the aspiring tumbler! If you have never ventured into the tumbling world or are just getting started this class will teach you all the basics before you move on! Although it is not required to start your tumbling journey at YouthFit, it is highly recommended for our beginners. Kids can expect to learn and improve starter moves such as handstands, bridges, cart wheels & more!

Tumbling II

Ages: 5 - 17 years Class Times: Mondays 6:30 - 7:30PM , Wednesdays 7 - 8PM, Saturdays 11-12pm

A dynamic class focused solely on floor and tumble track-based skills. These classes are for ages 5+ at an intermediate skill level seeking to improve their tumbling abilities. Kids can learn tumbling skills such as aerial's, back and front handsprings, round-offs, leap passes, and much more! This class is also for transitioning intermediate and advanced tumblers. Tumblers can expect to master their movements as well as learn new progressions.  

Ages: 5 - 17 years Class Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30PM

This class focuses on the art of quick and efficient movement through the environment, utilizing techniques such as vaults, jumps and climbs. This class helps children develop focus, strength, agility and hand-eye coordination. Open to all levels of experience in parkour.  

Ninja/ Parkour

Ages 5 - 17 years Class Times: Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30PM & Sundays 10 - 11AM

Yoga and meditation for kids is AWESOME!!! Yoga for kids has numerous health and cognitive development benefits. In this non-competitive and  stimulating environment, a child's ability to focus and concentrate increases. Kids gain increased body awareness, better posture, strength, flexibility, and builds more peaceful and confident kids!

Yoga Kids



Ages: 5 - 17 years Event Times: Fridays 5 - 8PM (1st and 3rd Friday of each month)

Every Friday evening we create a fun, active, and engaging environment for kids ages 5+ to have a great time and practice their skills. This event lasts 3 hrs and we recommend that participants wishing to purposefully use equipment and get some attention with skill work arrive within the first hour.

  • This event is by drop-in only starting at $25 for 2 hrs and going to $35 for any time afterwards.

*We recommend our friends eat before hand and/ or pack a meal. However small snacks will be provided to those staying the full time.

Open Gym

Ages: 5 - 17 years Event Times: Saturdays 6:30 - 9PM (2nd and Last Saturday of each month)

Parents Night Out is a fun and active socialization night and open gym for children and teens ages 5-16. Events include fun "build your own" obstacle courses, use of our tumble track and equipment, and active children games. This is an active socialization event with Certified staff.
