YOUTH CLASSES

Tumbling Tots

Ages: 2 - 5 years Class Times: Tuesdays 5:30 - 6PM, Saturdays 9 - 9:45AM

Tumbling Tots is specially programmed to introduce your child to tumbling. Learn age-appropriate, skill-oriented movements that provide a positive physical and cognitive experience. Children develop fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, strength and flexibility while having fun! 

*Tumbling Tots classes require the participation of a parent or authorized caregiver.


Tumbling I

Ages: 5 - 17 years Class Times: Mondays 5:30 - 6:30PM , Tuesdays 6 - 7PM, Saturdays 10 - 11AM

An introductory class for the aspiring tumbler! If you have never ventured into the tumbling world or are just getting started this class will teach you all the basics before you move on! Although it is not required to start your tumbling journey at YouthFit, it is highly recommended for our beginners. Kids can expect to learn and improve starter moves such as handstands, bridges, cart wheels & more!


Tumbling II

Ages: 5 - 17 years Class Times: Mondays 6:30 - 7:30PM , Wednesdays 7 - 8PM, Saturdays 11-12pm

A dynamic class focused solely on floor and tumble track-based skills. These classes are for ages 5+ at an intermediate skill level seeking to improve their tumbling abilities. Kids can learn tumbling skills such as aerial's, back and front handsprings, round-offs, leap passes, and much more! This class is also for transitioning intermediate and advanced tumblers. Tumblers can expect to master their movements as well as learn new progressions.  


Ages: 5 - 17 years Class Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30PM

This class focuses on the art of quick and efficient movement through the environment, utilizing techniques such as vaults, jumps and climbs. This class helps children develop focus, strength, agility and hand-eye coordination. Open to all levels of experience in parkour.
